Refund and Return Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products.  To bring you the best price, our products are sourced from a variety of reliable suppliers around the world.

If you receive a product that is not as described, faulty or damaged, we will either replace the item or offer a full refund. 

In order to be eligible for a replacement product or refund you will need to contact us within 15 days after delivery to initiate the process.

We will assess requests for a replacement or refund on a case by case basis.  You will be asked to provide photos and you may be asked to return the product to us.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 15 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

As we use a multiple suppliers to supply our products, you may receive items separately when ordering more than one product. 

  • As our products are shipped worldwide, some of our suppliers have different delivery time frames.  Delivery time frames are communicated in the description of each product.  Most of our products do have tracking.  Tracking information will be added to your order as soon as we receive it from our suppliers.  If you are concerned a product is taking longer than the estimated delivery timeframes please contact us.  We will follow up and you may be eligible for a refund.

Sizing information for all clothing items can be found in the description of each product.  Please use this information to ensure you select the correct size when ordering products.

We will arrange the correct size to be sent to you.  You must contact us within 15 days to initiate the process.

You will not be eligible for a refund or a return.  Please ensure you select the correct size when selecting products.  Detailed sizing charts are available in the description of each product.

No.  We will cover the shipping costs.

You will not be entitled to a replacement or refund.  We will provide a replacement or refund if a product is damaged or faulty, however you must contact us within 15 days of the product being delivered to initiate the process.  Please inspect your items as soon as you receive them and contact us to initiate the replacement/refund process within 15 days of delivery.

As we use multiple suppliers with different policies we can not provide a warranty period for our products.  However, we are happy to contact the supplier who delivered your product and find out if they would be willing to offer a replacement or refund. 

We appreciate any feedback on our products, good and bad. 

Track an Order

You can track your orders by logging in to your account.  We will update your order with tracking information as we receive it from our suppliers.  

If you did not create an account when you placed your order and you have not received any tracking information, please fill in the form and we’ll get back to you.

Our referral program is a great way to earn extra money by sharing links to our products.  You will earn 5% from each successful referral.  If you wish to participate in our referral program, you will need to apply.  Our referral program is available to all our existing customers and we are also accepting applications from influencers and content creators.  To apply, you must be a registered user on this blog.  If you have an existing account on this blog, please log in.  If not, please register.
